TBNG Consulting Appoints New Technical Sales Consultant

TBNG Consulting announced today that Owen Black has joined the firm as a Technical Sales Consultant. Owen brings a wealth of experience providing IT solutions to small and mid-sized companies. Prior to working as an independent consultant in 2012, Owen held sales positions with Western Union, IBM, Compucom Systems and Earthlink Business. Throughout his 30 year career of successful business to business sales, Owen provided solutions for Local and Wide Area Network, Security, Servers, Storage and Carrier Service.

Owen's background and strength in tailoring IT solutions to specific business objectives are a good fit for the TBNG mission. Owen said "As an independent consultant in the IT and telecommunications fields, I felt I had identified several best in breed service providers. One of these firms stood out and I am pleased to be joining that company, TBNG Consulting as a Technical Sales Consultant, to continue bringing effective IT solutions to my customers".

Jeff Grande, Director of Sales and Founder said "We are very pleased to welcome Owen Black to our team.  His breadth of experience spans both IT and Telecom; coupled with TBNG's engineering resources, Owen is a benefit to TBNG's clients both new and existing."

Founded in 2005 as The Business Network Group by Jeffrey M. Grande & Michael C. Paone, TBNG Consulting is a leading provider of Professional and Managed Services for integrated IT solutions in New England. TBNG designs, implements and supports highly scalable and secure network related technologies for business, education, medical, banking, non-profits, and government.

With proactive security strategies, TBNG creates a Defense in Depth, layered approach to security, protecting organizations against threats around the clock. With just minutes of downtime posing significant consequences to many types of organizations, a solid business continuity platform is a requirement for business survival. Whether your business downtime costs hundreds, thousands or millions of dollars per hour, an extended data outage or loss of data can leave an organization vulnerable to the competition, impact its customers and ultimately, reduce profitability. Facing the demands of a 24-hour business day, downtime available to perform regular data backup procedures is limited. Through Business Continuity platforms, TBNG can enable continuous availability of critical data using cost-effective solutions which enable businesses to recover data promptly and bring systems back online following a failure.
