Position Summary:

Computer network support specialist to analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate computer network systems. Perform network maintenance to ensure uninterrupted operation. Provide support and troubleshooting for remote end user problems and computer network issues. Support Helpdesk & Project Team Operations. Provide engineering support as needed. Utilization of proprietary Monitoring Platform for monitoring and remediation of managed customer issues. Develop and sustain both new and existing client bases as part of account management team. Support sales team in pre-sales efforts. Report weekly on status of help desk support service and project activity. Manage and document work flows for client support cases and project management. Participate in the On Call rotation. Utilization of CRM/Ticketing System for tracking of all engineering services. Interact with customers and team members. Provide escalation support to Tier I support team as needed. Escalate and/or transfer support issues to Tier III support team, as needed. Responsible for Documentation of customer networks via Microsoft Visio & IT Glue.

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and 18 months of experience.
